DR2006F is one of the SPECIAL EVENT STATIONS during the FOOTBALL WORLD CUP 2006 held in GERMANY. This specific callsign is beeing aired by hams living around the STADIUM FRANKFURT in Hessen. All contacts with this station will be confirmed automatically via the DARC QSL bureau. Please do not send a QSL card via the bureau - it is not needed. SWLs may send via bureau or direct. &#xD;
There is a total of 38 special event stations active from May 13 to July 16, 2006. 26 of them with the DQ2006 prefix, for the different districts of the DARC and 12 with the DR2006 prefix, each of them assigned to one of the SOCCER-STADIUMS used during FOOTBALL WOLRD CUP 2006. &#xD;
