Kenwood Support

Has anyone here dealt with sending a radio in to Kenwood for service?

If so, how did it go? How long did it take? What did it wind up costing? Any other info would be great too.

I finally figured out my D7 definately has an audio problem with received signals on the "B" band. If anyone knows anything about it that may help great! (I can not hear received audio on the B band, I can hear static if I open the squelch, but that's it.)
